Yes, and I now wish like heck that I had utilized the good ol' "Wayback Machine" many more times when I was first archiving Education Forum posts and threads at my own website/blog, particularly the posts made by people other than myself since mid-2022, which is when I was allowed to re-join the EF forum after a three-year absence.
And now (as of June 11, 2026), of course, all of those EF links are dead, broken, and worthless, which is going to bother me greatly, because I can't stand broken links on my sites!
I just hope that the Education Forum's vast JFK Assassination archive from the past can somehow be retrieved and made available once again. Because there is, indeed, a lot of good discussion and information to be gleaned from that forum's lengthy tenure on the Internet. And it would be a shame for all of it to be wiped out in a heartbeat.
And it would also be sad to have the owner of this webpage (and many other pages) commit hari-kari if all of those Education Forum links were to suddenly become inactive. :(

No, that notice does not mean you've been banned. It means the JFK Assassination Debate section of the EF is no longer operating, perhaps because they were unable to pay [the] web-hosting bill.
KATHY BECKET SAID:
James Gordon was the owner, and just told us a couple of years ago he wasn't going to have any more dealings with it, and was going to let it go. He did not care what would happen to it. Sandy [Larsen] was head of funding but has passed. [John] Simkin was back, but since James refused to sign it over to anyone, the Forum was unable to remain.
While I see that Dr. Niederhut was a problem to many of you, the sad part of the Forum's absence was that for years many JFK authors etc. had posted there. Whether LN or CT, that Forum was a great resource.
I have been gone for quite awhile, and just received an email from one of the Admins that it was gone. I wish it would have been archived, at least.
They say the internet is forever, but I don't know how to retrieve it. Invision will not let anyone but Gordon make decisions on it, and God only knows where he is.

The Ed Forum is once again offline, although it certainly appears from the discussions that they anticipate being able to salvage it ("salvage" being the operative term when what you are saving is a wreck 😁).
James Gordon is my new hero for all the trouble he has managed to cause. If they would simply say "Absolutely no more references to non-JFKA topics, specifically 9/11", they would improve things by 97%, and Niederwacky would [be] banned the first day, which would improve things an additional 2.9%.

Denny Zartman, a moderator at the EF forum, said this on June 24:
"Invision has kindly given us another temporary extension until June 30. Getting in contact with James Gordon is our only option to keep the forum going."
This is quite confusing to me, considering the fact that Andrew Iler of the EF forum said this six days ago (on June 18th):
"I just spoke to James Gordon on the telephone. I will contact John Simkin and let him know. James was responsive and understood the pressing nature of the problem and he is willing to assist us."
I wonder what has happened in these last six days that has prohibited Mr. Gordon from being able to "assist us"?

A brief review of the recent Education Forum trials and tribulations....
On June 10, 2026, the EF forum was taken offline and went totally dark, with all archived links becoming dead and broken.
June 12, 2026 --- The Education Forum returned! All posts were restored after a 2-day outage. (Now I don't have to commit hari-kari after all. Whew! That's a relief.) 😉
June 19, 2026 --- The forum was shut off again.
June 24, 2026 --- The EF Forum rises from its grave once more. (Hari is sidestepped yet again.)
June 26, 2026 --- This word comes from EF Forum member Andrew Iler: "Please be advised that the Forum Account has now been paid and will remain active."
All is now right with the world once more. The birds still sing. The sun still shines. And the conspiracy theorists at The Education Forum can still fantasize that Lee Harvey Oswald was "just a patsy" for a while longer. (At least until the next monthly payment is due.) *
* And the most important thing of all (by far!): All of the archived EF Forum links on my websites will continue to work. 😁

The above link is to a dirt-simple, 15-question, JFKA quiz. I would bet that most of the participants on this forum would be able to get all 15 right without breaking a sweat. I wouldn't say the same about those in the general public.
While it is impossible to know without actually administering this quiz to a group of randomly selected people, I would gladly wager that not one in ten would be able to answer all 15 correctly and that not one in five would even get 5 of the 15 correct.
What the average person doesn't know about the JFKA could fill a book. In fact, countless authors have proven that by continuing to crank out books with new conspiracy angles, as well as old recycled ones.
CTs point with pride to polls that show a clear majority of people believe people other than Oswald were behind the assassination. With a populace that knows so little about the JFKA, and most of what they think they know they probably "learned" from Oliver Stone's movie, it's not at all surprising that a majority of people still believe the conspiracy hype.
There is no mystery to who shot JFK and there hasn't been since day one. The only question worth contemplating is whether he had any accomplices. Despite an army of researchers looking for such evidence for 62 years, no one has come up with any credible evidence that such accomplices existed. At 74 years of age, I feel safe in saying no one ever will in my lifetime. So many CTs, famous and unfamous, have gone to their graves without ever discovering any such evidence. The same fate awaits all CTs.
All the books written during the past 62 years postulating JFK died via a conspiracy will be relegated to history's clearance table. The same holds true of what has been offered on this and countless other JFKA forums.
