The above Zapruder Film clip was put together by Nicholas R. Nalli, Ph.D., in an effort to knock down the erroneous theory put forth by various conspiracy theorists over the last several years, which is a theory that claims that the forward movement of President Kennedy's head between frames 312 and 313 was due to merely the "blurring" or "smearing" effect visible in frame number 313.
But Nalli's clip presented above goes a long way toward debunking that "blur/smear" theory, because it's quite obvious in Nalli's clip that even after the very clear frame of Z312 is intentionally "smeared" (or blurred), there is still very obvious forward movement of JFK's head in the following frame (Z313).
